Update on Me Bad.

My sister driving us round the neighborhoods of TO

I have an update on the post about losing my Sister's 200$ cell phone in The Eaton's Centre in Toronto.
My Sister had so much trouble with Bell about getting a replacement cell phone in a reasonable amount of time. Long story involving customer service people trying to win an argument with my Sister. LOL. Good luck! She was so frustrated with them she cancelled as much as she could. She is stuck with the cell phone contract for now though. She switched over to Rogers for cable and internet. (I hear Rogers is big in Ontario.)
End result is I lost a 200$ cell phone and she will be saving about 500$ in bills.

I guess I am not such a bad Sister after all.

Don't get me started on customer service.....it's an oxymoron.
Thanks for making me take a look at what I am paying for Internet/phones etc....I will be saving$30 a month until my bell mobility contact ends in 18 months and then I'll save alittle more when I bring it over to rogers with my cable/internet/home phone.

Though the whole process cost me about 4 hours and much ire, I am happy with the bottom line.

Thanks for losing my phone Barb!

Just one more reason I hate cell phones - the stupid contracts. I let mine expire.

I have a Bell cell phone and they have the worst customer service ever. Judie is right - customer service is an oxymoron. But I hate to say this: I'm sure they're all the same. We had Rogers in Ottawa and they had crappy customer service, too. You cannot win at all with these big businesses.

OK- the saga continues, Rogers messed up and lost my phone order on Saturday- Bell cut off my phone service this morning.....

so wandering coyote has a good point then. Sorry to hear that judie. Good thing you have internet service still. I'll let the parents know.

You know what else is REALLY annoying? Internet tech guys. They either don't speak English, or live in India, therefore having no idea what you're talking about.
Drives me mad.
