Me bad!

When my Mother and I decided to explore Toronto on Monday before our 5 pm train would take us home, my Sister thought it would be a good idea if she lent me her cell phone. She drove us to her place of work and we took the subway from there. She was to meet us at Union with our luggage at 4pm. I think she was worried about us so she lent me her fancy cell phone. I am so not used to having a cell phone. She phoned me up to check in on our progress a few times. I kept wondering what that ringing was... Oh yeah, *digs it up out of my purse* Hello? I better put it in my front pocket right? Bad idea. Somewhere in the Eatons Center I lost my sisters cell phone. I only noticed it was missing when our tour bus pulled in front of the CBC building. I was a bit too freaked out to check if that really was George out on the lawn... I was busy checking under the seats for that freakin phone. I am SO SORRY Judie!!!! I am a bad Sister! *sends myself to the corner to think about what I have done.*

I talked to bell mobility today and threatened to cancel my service if they made me buy a $189 phone- so they gave me a refurbished one including battery charger that will arrive at my office tomorrow. They charged $40- so I decided to stay with them and my number won't change.....

You are a great Sister and a kickass negotiator! Oh, and I forgot to give you back your umbrella.

the saga continues ... I called Bell to say that I hadn't rec'd my phone- after going through the 15 identity screens, he tells me that they had indeed delivered the phone at 1:30 and no one was there to sign- as I work in an office, this is not possible-
So he checks and tells me it was delivered to my home address and that it has been returned to purolator -I mention that this is inconvenient (as I had specified my work address) and he assured me it wasn't! That went over well with me!

I call puralator and they have my phone in Etobicoke! I tell them to send it back to Bell.

So I call Bell again and get a very nice, sympathetic young lady names Navin, who I tried to recruit for our customers. She redirects my phone (after about 30 minutes of to and froing with the customer care dept) to an purolater depot near my office.
So I should have my phone by noon tomorrow- I sure hope so cause I am taking the afternoon off-

don;t worry about the umbrella
