Just for Laughs

I booked a couple of tickets when I heard that some very funny and talented women were coming to Montreal. I am going to see Women Fully Clothed at the Centaur Theatre.

Starring Robin Duke from Saturday Night Live/SCTV, Jayne Eastwood from My Big Fat Greek Wedding/Chicago and This is Wonderland, Kathryn Greenwood from Whose Line Is It Anyway?/This Hour Has 22 Minutes, Debra McGrath from Getting Along Famously, and Teresa Pavlinek from History Bites/The Jane Show.

Ok, it's a while off yet, this will take place in the middle of July. That gives me just enough time to find a date.
Can you just imagine me asking a guy if he wants to go to a comedy show that may very well be a man bashing fest.
I'll let you know how that search is going.

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog, nice to hear from you. I wish you luck with the 'date' thang. It will be interesting if the occasion does turn ito a man hating fest :)

lol. Those are the top funny women of Canada I hope there will be some good jokes at mens expense but it's never going to be a hate fest. Men are just too darn important to us. I forget why.

That sounds like a great show. I love the summer months, so many great shows, jammed into 3 months :) Look forward to hearing about it!

Or you could play it safe and take a female friend and laugh your guts out.

lol. That would be easier I have a long list of relatives and friends that would love to see that show.
Have you ever seen History Bites? That is one quirky funny show.

I saw that pic of Suzuki on my friend's blog and was amazed. They say it isn't computer enhanced or whatever, but I find it hard to believe. Ah well, if it's the real thing, more power to him.

If you watch the interview with David Suzuki, by following the links, it's really very intersting but for some reason it stops half was through the interview...
Yes I saw that pic on your friends blog and that got me interested in looking into what David has to say by showing off his fitness. Well I always want to know what he has to say in any case.

I've seen history bites... it's actually quite funny! One of the guys from 'Red Green' is in it...
That comedy show you're going to has quite the a-lister line-up, it should be very entertaining! (I would hope so, considering who's performing.)
Yes, David Suzuki is in good shape. It's kind of cool that he'd do something like that... I'm glad he was the one who was in it, and not Larry King. That could traumatize me for life.

eeew Larry king *shudders* That guy is no poster boy.
