Don't let dark clouds spoil things for ya.

Yesterday I took a long walk with my umbrella and my camera in hand.

Today from the CBC Mtl. cam
Cloudy and cold this holiday weekend.
Keep warm and enjoy the holiday.

If you don't want to go outside today you can always look through your cupboards and medicine cabinets for expired foods and meds. Throw the foods away (the expired pancake mix can kill ya) but you can take the meds to the pharmacy for proper disposal.

Great picture! I love clouds actually. It's way too sunny here all the time.

I will share the clouds with you both. Take as much as you want. The darn things keep encouraging the grass to grow. Then the grass has to be cut but it's raining or it's cold. I think I want the snow back now...

Hey Barbara, you're right snow is way better than rain... i want that stupid rain to ge somewhere else. During the last 10 days, i only saw the sun once and it was at 6 in the morning.

I love the rain! Obviously I am in the minority here.

Hey, thanks for stopping by my blog Barbara. I had to get rid of my beautiful car because I need money. I just got rid of the black one today too (I didn't like it) and will see if I find another one. We're having this huge money problem, my family and I, we're also selling one of our houses to help pay for the one we're living in. And we had to sell the car and get one that was cheaper so we could use the rest of the money. So today, for the 1st time in my life I'm "Car-less".
Hope to have it solved in a couple of days or in the worst case by the weekend. Yes, stay with your beautiful red car! Don't give it up! They are good friends! :)
Hugs!

Re the snow and the rain I think we need both, but I would not mind some sunshine too.
welcome to my blog Anele.
I am new at being a car owner. My red car is the first I have ever owned on my own. I have always had 'drivers'ie:husband, boyfriends(not at the same time)in my life. Now I drive myself and my own life.

Thanks darling, I know things will be alright. Nothing lasts forever. Not happiness nor sadness. Life is a crazy rollercoaster ride, so I'm hanging on tight!
Hugs!

Hey Barbara - nice blog today. Nice pictures too. In my opinion, it's not the dark clouds in the sky that spoil things, it's the dark clouds in people's hearts that spoil things for us.

As for choice of precipitation, I pick snow as well. Doesn't mess up your hair as much, also prettier on the ground.

Hey Barbara, those pictures are beautiful, I love them. You should take pictures (or post them?) more often, you're good at it! :)

I gotta agree with Barbara B. though, I love the rain, it's my favorite weather. Fresh white snow is always great, but to me nothing beats the refreshing feeling of being in the rain, it's perfect.

It rained here this afternoon. Welcome respite from the heat.
I am beyond repair..I lived all my life in India where the temperatures go upto 48 degrees in the summer...and now 30 degrees is the death of me!

I hear ya andysgirl. The dark clouds was a double reference...
Thank you Alana, but I am not the best photographer in my family, but I try. I am not the best writer in my family either but I try that too. lol
Jas, you can't take 30c...then send it to me.

Hey Barb! I really like your post. Dark clouds are very disheartening aren't they? But knowing that blue skies are on the horizons is so promising. This is going to be a wonderful week! I can feel it!

PS I'll be posting a new entry later. Got home about 12am this morning! I have a ton of laundry to do! Thanks for supporting my blog! I truly appreciate it!
