Post # 300. Facing the future.

As far as I know it's not all about me.

But I am faced with the fact that
I have to take better care of me.

There are a few realities that I have to face
and a few challenges.
all links are random examples...
One: Find an apartment I can afford.
Apartment hunt ?
Two: Get a permanent job I enjoy.
Jobs I want?
Three: Oh I don't know, find a boyfriend...
Singles group?
Four: Take courses that will help me do what I want to do.
Classes?
Five: Take a vacation because all that sounds tiring...
Travel?
Six: Take care of all that paperwork I have been putting off.
OHIP ?
Seven: Save some money in case I live long enough to retire.

I like your number 5. I think you need a number 8: After finding an affordable apartment get a cat. Or two.

If I find an affordable apartment it's because I'll be sharing it with a housemate or two. Getting a cat depends on a lot of factors. Like landlord rules and roommates allergies.

Awk, the list:

- I have a job I like, but don't make enough money, to do all the things I want to do and take care of Ella too!
- I met a boy w/out an intervention: it was getting pretty darn close. The family was starting the look out, not cool.
--but, there's always a but: he very recently broke up w/ his girlfriend and he lives all the way in Vancouver (1 1/2 hours away on the bus)and neither one of us drives. For now, I am happy for some new attention.
-everyone could save some money, if only we could figure out how to stop spending it.
-I'm going to Florida in March? if my passport comes through, this will be my first trip ever.

I'm currently leasing an apartment and I have just been bitten by the property management. It's funny how after they run your credit and approve your application and then tell you about all the nit pick things they failed to mention before you applied. Don't be afraid to ask a million questions. You're the one who will be living in the apartment... not the leaser!
