Night at the circus part 2

I am back from the Wonderful World Of Circus school and I will tell the story with pictures.

Now this is what I call an exercise class!!

I have not been to an exercise class since College (20 years ago)
The night started with a 4 lap run around the gym, then stretches, then we broke up into groups and started on different equipment. My group got to do the trapeze first. That was the most challenging and the most fun.
The trampoline was my next favourite I think.
Still have not got the hang of the stand-sit-up and turn thing but it's fun trying.
I won a ticket to the Christmas party on Thursday so I have plans for Wed. night (going to see The Hour) then plans for Thursday. Looks like a busy week.

It was a blast. So glad I won that!
Now I won a martini Christmas party thing from that event.I am sore today.
Parts of my back and my calf.
I need a massage.

A martini party sounds more like my kind of exercise, actually.

I am going to need that martini as muscle relaxant because I am feeling more sore now than I did the day before.

Okay, if you didn't know it already...You are awesome. Good for you that looks like amazing fun. I could never get the nerve to do anything so adventurous.

I wore low cut pants with boxers showing to a taping of The Hour to kid with the host on Wednesday so compared to this... I think that stunt took more nerve. George finally had to say I see what your doing. You just got to go outside the box sometimes.
