Tonight I am joining a circus school!
Well only for the night.
It's an event I won a ticket to from MMA.
the ad for it on the site has this to say:
Curiosities once only satisfied by a vivid imagination come to life at The Wonderful World of Circus. Imagine that you are flying through the air with the greatest of ease on their hanging trapeze and learn to balance your way across on a beam simulating a high wire, as well as several additional circus art forms. Safety is a priority while you experiment with the hanging trapeze, stationary trapeze, trampoline, tight wire, aerial hoop, aerial silks, acrobatics, juggling and bungee acrobatics to name but a few.
This is where my dreams of flying will become realised... I hope.
I don't think I will be making a career out of it but it's fun to try these things once.

i have friends who ran away from home to join the circus. at least, that's how i describe them.

Cool! My gosh Barbara everytime I come for a visit you are doing something totally wild. Can't wait to hear how it went.
By the way I think belated birthday wishes might be in order. I saw a number change on your profile!
Toccata I have been 41 since August... thank you though for a belated bday wish because i love to celebrate all year long.
