I went to see a film this afternoon.
I saw it by myself because It's the kind of film that is not for everybody.
It may even offend some people.
I saw Conversations With God.
I'm such a rebel.
One man left the film before the end.
When the film ended I heard someone say that was the best film of the year to date.
When I came out of the theater I felt good.
Simple message of the film is ask yourself "what would love do?"

Just googled a movie review for this as I had not even heard of it. Henry Czerny, I have always liked him. The review said it's a difficult film but one worth seeing.

I too went to a show today but unlike you mine was pure entertainment and required absolutely no thinking whatsoever! In fact not thinking is probably a requirement. I went to see Bond, the new James Bond in Casino Royale. Great fun.

It is a difficult film. People can be very touchy on the subject of God. I have read the books however and kind of knew what to expect. It was a toss up whether to see this film or the blond Bond. I will go with friends or family to see Bond I think. It looks like fun.

I've never even heard of this film.
I can't even remember the last time I went out to a film, actually. Did watch I'm Your Man last night though. Gotta love Leonard Cohen.

Never heard of it either. I stayed in this weekend and rented movies, Melinda and Melinda and old episodes of Ab Fab.
Glad you enjoyed the picture.

It's a key book in the spiritual circles but I am sure most people have never heard of it. I can't say I have heard of Melinda and Melinda, was it good?

I'll go to a movie alone or with friends... I don't let not having anyone to go with stop me and going with someone is even better motivation...
